4th Quarter (my top 5 Nike/Jordan releases 2017)
With a PLETHORA of nike releases October - December, there's almost too much to talk about. On top of nike's general releases just IN October they released two air max 97s they collaborated on with Undefeated , the Nike "Flax" collection (aka Deadass B collection), and more SF-AF1s. Nike is doing extra to close out this 4th quarter strong, whether its good or bad for them is yet to be seen. What I want to talk about are my top 5 that's on my radar.
5. Air Jordan retro VI "Wheat"
It's no secret that the Air Jordan VI is one of my favorite air jordans, so to see that the VI is part of Nike's "wheat" collection I was ecstatic. Something about wheat shoes scream fall/winter, maybe because the color looks like Timberlands? maybe. What I love about this is they have the potential to be daily beaters, why not? with all the shoe cleaners out these days and stuff to deoxidize yellow soles these are a prime candidate rain or shine.

4. Nike Air Max 97 OG "Volt"
Full disclosure, Air Max 97s have been below my radar forever, until I saw images of this pop up. Currently, I've been wanting to add something different to my collection and I feel like these OG AM 97s are it, another daily shoe for when the weather in San Diego calls for it (all the time). There isn't much to say instead ill leave the link to KicksonFire.

Price: $160

3. Air Jordan 12 "Dark Grey"
Another non OG air jordan on this list, why? Because I want to hoop in 12s and these "Dark Grey" 12s look like a good candidate for that. If I do decide not to hoop in them then rotating these and the "Wheat" VIs is another option to go with. You really can't go wrong with grey, white, and a little bit of gold. The thing about 12s that I love is just how comfortable they are and on court an even better performer, full length air, carbon fiber plate, great lateral and medial support, and fits true to size. I know people love the "taxi" or "flu game" colors and the end of the day a jordan 12 is a jordan 12.
Release: 11/18/2017
Price: $190

2. Air Jordan VI "UNC"
Yes, two AJ VIs are on my top 5 for this 4th quarter of releases. Just from early images alone I knew I had to have them. I love that Jordan Brand did a simple tweaking of colors, Still your classic black nubuck with hits of carolina blue and icy outsole, not much else I could ask for. Just like my 2010 black/university red VIs, these have that daily beater potential, depending on the quality of the shoe of course.

1. Air Jordan 11 "win like'82"
***review coming soon***
OF COURSE the Air Jordan XI "Win like '82" is number 1 on my list, are you kidding me? even if I don't end up with the other 4 on this list, this is the one that I would've been gunning for. To me, personally, Instant classic, even with rumors of a concord 11 next year, these are an instant classic to me. A different twist on everyone's favorite with just the ever so slightest Carolina blue jumpman.
Release: 11/11/2017
Price: $220
Purchase: stay locked on Nike snkrs app and the nike app
These are my top 5 for nike/Jordan 4th quarter releases. I chose to do just nike and jordan because if you're keeping up or have been keeping up, we are going to be flooded with releases from every brand before the holidays. If I take 4 "Ls" with these releases, its not a big deal, unless nike wants to hook the team up, NAWIMSAYIN?
